Yanfei Guo of Colorado Springs, CO has received a $300 travel award from the UCCS Graduate School.
Guo is studying engineering and computer science at UCCS and will present "V-Cache: Towards Flexible Resource Provisioning for Multi-tier Applications in IaaS Clouds" at the 2013 IEEE International Parallel and Distributed Processing Symposium in Boston,MA later this year.
The UCCS Graduate School Travel Grant assists graduate students who have been accepted to present their original research at professional conferences within their fields. These graduate students were chosen from a highly competitive group of applicants.
