Deon Cobasky Received a Travel Grant from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs

Deon Cobasky of Colorado Springs, CO has received a $300 travel award from the UCCS Graduate School.

Cobasky is studying sociology at UCCS and will present "Military Suicide: A Consequence of Self-Presentation and Emotional Labor" at the 2013 Western Social Science Association Conference in Denver,CO later this year.

The UCCS Graduate School Travel Grant assists graduate students who have been accepted to present their original research at professional conferences within their fields. These graduate students were chosen from a highly competitive group of applicants.
