BriAnn Medina Received a Travel Grant from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs

BriAnn Medina of Colorado Springs, CO has received a $300 travel award from the UCCS Graduate School.

Medina is studying clinical mental health counseling at UCCS and will present "Engaging Counselors in Community Needs Following a Natural Disaster" at the 2013 American Counseling Association Conference and Exposition in Cincinnati,OH later this year.

The UCCS Graduate School Travel Grant assists graduate students who have been accepted to present their original research at professional conferences within their fields. These graduate students were chosen from a highly competitive group of applicants.
